Mr. Campbell represents both public and private employers in matters relating to labor and employee relations, collective bargaining negotiations, personnel and human resources consultation, claims of discrimination and other general employment matters. Mr. Campbell has participated in administrative proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board, and various state agencies. He serves as chief labor negotiator for a number of public and private sector clients and has written and spoken frequently on a wide variety of labor and employment topics. Mr. Campbell began his career as an attorney for the United States Steel Corporation responsible for all phases of labor and personnel including arbitration, negotiations, NLRB, EEOC, wages and hours and litigation. Mr. Campbell was the Executive Secretary to Mayor Pete Flaherty of Pittsburgh and then the Associate Deputy Attorney General for the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. in 1977. He then entered the private practice of law.
