Mr. Gabriel represents public sector clients in matters relating to employment discrimination, civil rights, and personal injury law, as well as pension and other municipal matters. He has litigated cases involving alleged Constitutional claims arising out of law enforcement activities, the exercise of police powers, and employment disputes, as well as lawsuits involving personal injury and property disputes. Mr. Gabriel has represented private and public clients with respect to employment-related claims based upon the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and other federal and state laws. He has represented clients in jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, statutory appeals, and has briefed and argued cases on appeal before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Brian was born in Pittsburgh and attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He is an active member of the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association Municipal and School Solicitors Section.
