| Ms. Love represents both public and private employers in matters relating to labor and employment law. Ms. Love represents public and private employers for purposes of collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, and defending against charges of unfair labor practices. Ms. Love also defends public and private employers from allegations of employment discrimination at both the administrative level and in federal court. In addition to defending employment discrimination suits, Ms. Love represents public employers in civil rights and personal injury suits. Ms. Love was born in Bremen, Germany and lived oversees until moving to Buffalo, NY. Ms. Love attended the University of Richmond where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Criminal Justice in 1996. Thereafter, Ms. Love attended the University of Pittsburgh where she earned her juris doctorate. |
