Mr. Wyland’s practice focuses on representation of both public and private employers in matters relating to labor relations, personnel and human resources, wage and hour disputes, claims of discrimination and other general employment matters. While in law school, Mr. Wyland was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, winning the 2004 Harrisburg-Delaware Moot Court Competition and was a finalist in the 2005 competition. He was also a member of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society and the Order of Barristers. |
