Ms. Bell represents both public and private employers in matters relating to labor relations, collective bargaining negotiations, personnel and human resources consultation, employment discrimination, wage and hour disputes, claims of discrimination and other general employment matters. She also counsels clients on matters related to the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Pennsylvania Wage Payment and Collection law, and other state and federal laws impacting the work place. She also provides representation to municipal clients on such issues as compliance with the Sunshine Act, Open Records Act and Ethics Act and represents public entities in civil rights issues. Born in Indiana Pennsylvania, Kristen attended Penn State University, where she obtained her undergraduate degree. In 2006, she received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
