Pennsylvania State University, B.S. Environmental Resource Management 1988. West Virginia University, College of Law, J.D. 1991. Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in 1991. Also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ms. Stanger represents public and private employers in litigation alleging employment discrimination, civil rights violations and various common law torts. She also counsels public and private employers on matters of personnel and human resources management in the wake of Title VII, Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, Family Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, and other federal and state workplace legislation. Ms. Stanger also offers employers seminars and training in the areas of sexual harassment, policy drafting, hiring and discipline. She volunteers annually to provide pro bono services for the Neighborhood Legal Services Association, and is a frequent presenter for public sector organizations including the Pennsylvania League of Cities and Municipalities, County Commissioners Association, and the Local Government Academy.
