Tiff was admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 2006 following her graduation from the University of Pittsburgh School of law, where she received the CALI award of Excellence for Persuasive Narrative, the Pitt Law Faculty Fellowship, and served as an editor on the Tax Law Journal.
Tiff has exclusively concentrated her practice on employment and labor matters in state and federal court, where she has served as lead counsel for interest and grievance arbitrations in both the private and public sector; lead counsel for federal and state discrimination cases; and as lead counsel for unfair labor practices, unit clarifications, and election-related issues before the National Labor Relations Board and the Pennsylvania Labors Relation Board. She has represented clients in jury trials, statutory appeals, and has argued before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. She has counseled clients on matters related to a variety of discrimination, wage, wrongful termination, and labor-related claims.
Tiff grew up in Latrobe, PA -- home of Mr. Rogers, Steelers’ training Camp, Rolling Rock Beer, and Arnold Palmer. A true Western Pennsylvanian, she bleeds black and gold, despite spending her high school and college years in Western MA. Although Tiff is passionate about sports (watching and playing), reading, and crossword puzzles, the true love of her life is her sweet, baby girl, Finley. .
