Paul Della Franco focuses his practice on representing public sector employers in all aspects of labor and employment law with a focus on the global handling of disability claims. Paul came to the firm after spending more than twenty-five years concentrating his practice in Pennsylvania workers’ compensation law and other areas of employment-related disability law throughout the Commonwealth, including the Heart and Lung and Act 534/632 injury claims and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Paul’s disability law experience qualifies him to assist clients in the global resolution of all issues involving work-related and non-work related disabilities. Paul has also represented the City of Philadelphia in numerous cases before the Philadelphia Board of Pensions and the Philadelphia Civil Service Commission.
Paul has also regularly advised clients on issues arising under Title VII, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.
Paul was in member of the inaugural class of attorneys in the Commonwealth to become certified as a Workers’ Compensation Law Specialist by the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
In his spare time, Paul enjoys running, biking, rowing and reading when he is not spending time with his wife and two sons. Despite recognizing the absurdity in sacrificing his emotional well-being on such matters, Paul is a passionate fan of the Phillies and Villanova basketball.
