PELRAS (Public Employer Labor Relations Advisory Service) is a two and a half day intensive conference presented in partnership with the Pennsylvania Municipal League. The conference is targeted to public sector employers, managers and elected officials and provides up-to-date information and best practices for the management of public sector unionized workforces. Municipalities must consider how to handle the availability of vaccines and the benefits, risks, and unknowns of requiring or encouraging a vaccinated workforce.
